Porting PostmarketOS to ASUS Zenfone 2 (Z00AD)

I've just started to research the topic...

Originally I needed a Linux server running on my smartphone device and supporting all Linux kernel features like lxc / lxd. The history of my research could be found here:

1) How to install ubuntu server for lxc on a smartphone (ARM or x86, bare metal)?

2) How to use Android SDK and smartphone vendor tools to boot another kernel?

3) Ubuntu Touch (UBports) and Android support for LXC/LXD containers (for running Ubuntu): current state

The phone model was not in the list, so I added it into the wishlist and began working on a solution.

The hardware is very decent, rather popular and, in my opinion, would make a perfect candidate for porting.
