Broadcom BCM4751 GPS is a GPS chip that does not have any upstream kernel driver or upstream gpsd GPS driver.
- Device tree bindings have been merged, which means the chip can be added to upstream device trees
- A Free implementation of the protocol MEIF by Replicant exist, this can probably be used as a baseline for adding support for BCM4751 to gpsd
- Replicant list of devices using this GPS chip
