How to enter flash mode
Reboot keeping pressed the volume up button. Then move the cursor with volume up to Fastboot Mode and press the Volume Down to confirm.
Installation
Use pmbootstrap to build your own installation image. I recommended install using TWRP sideload since fastboot may fail when trying to install the system partition.
$ pmbootstrap init
$ pmbootstrap install --android-recovery-zip
$ pmbootstrap flasher --method=adb sideload
