Kernel
As of 2020-10-01, vendor kernel SonyCustoms/kernel_sony_tuba_stock is used. The original should be available from Sony Developer World, but for some reason the 33.3.A series used by Xperia XA does not seem to be available in their kernel repository at all and Xperia open source archives only have a outdated build 33.3.A.115 while .126 is the latest.
Touchscreen
Touchscreen is apparently some ELAN model. The driver is included in the vendor kernel at drivers/input/touchscreen/mediatek/ektf3249_VY36
. It seems to work correctly with postmarketOS userspace.
Display
Without including [Troubleshooting:display#Screen_does_not_refresh|msm-fb-refresher] package, weston gui booted successfully and the desktop environment and postmarketOS demos menu were shows correctly. However, the screen was not updating at all, resulting in apparent nonresposiveness to touch and frozen datetime. Adding msm-fb-refresher solved the issue.
