Hold down the OK+Back keys on the remote while booting to boot into recovery.

Xiaomi Mi TV Stick has only android 9 and there are few version of android 9 firmware for it.Older of version android 9 fireware has a uboot that will give you shell via uarl.However the uboot seem to only allow signed kernel and chain boot a uboot to boot when it isnt unlocked.Newer of version android 9 fireware dont has a uboot that will give you shell via uarl.
