Allwinner F133 (also known as D1s) is an SOC that is smaller compared to D1-H.

Differences between D1-H and D1s

D1s has built in 64 MB DDR2 memory.

D1-H has HDMI while the D1s doesn't.

Unlike the D1-H, D1s does not have the Tensilica HiFi4 DSP and the single I2S port.

D1-H uses an LFBGA package while the D1s uses an eLQFP128 package.
