How to enter flash mode
Unplug from USB and power off the phone, hold Power and Volume Up until you see "Android system recovery <3e>" text followed by a simple text menu.
Select "reboot to bootloader".
Unlock bootloader
WARNING: Unlocking bootloader will delete all data on device. Make backup first! |
$ fastboot oem unlock
A warning dialog would ask you whether to unlock the device.
Press Volume Up to unlock the device.
