How to enter flash mode
There are two programs:
1) from forth32 [1] allows you to load the vendor bootloader (with fastboot support) into RAM (the repository contains downloads for almost all modems from Huawei on Balong SoC) (program only in Russian, but supports also Windows)
2) from hitechshell [2] allows you to load arbitrary code into RAM and run it on the device (for example, U-boot). In addition to the payload for launching, it is necessary to compile a microprogram to initialize the RAM (the source code is in the repository)
Both programs use the emergency protocol. To enter this mode, you must close the test points before power on the device.
Issues (source build downstream kernel with stock userspace)
wifi cant recover from powersave mode (for now, we just disable ps at userspace) sending SMS not work (need investigate)
