How to enter flash mode
![]() |
This device has a locked bootloader. |
Bootloader unlocking was originally supported, but HMD Global removed the option in December 2019 upgrade, saying some bullshit about regretting the "inconvenience" of allowing us to use our devices as we want to. Downgrade might be possible. Some weird zip files supposedly can do that: https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/experimental-downgrade-this-phone-back-to-android-10.4360147/
Enable OEM unlocking in Developer settings, then boot into fastboot (hold volume down and power) and run fastboot flashing unlock
.
Installation
