How to enter flash mode

First, turn off the device and then:

  • Download Mode: Hold the Power, Volume Up and Volume Down buttons while the device is connected to a computer with an USB cable.
  • Recovery Mode: Hold the Power and Volume Up buttons while the device is connected to a computer with an USB cable.

Installation

Port not upstreamed yet;

uniLoader

This device has trouble booting mainline Linux because Samsung uses device tree fragments, and the combined device tree can disrupt the boot process. To address this, we use a secondary bootloader called uniLoader, which we have specifically adapted for the S22. Standard bootloaders are not supported. Only uniLoader will work here.

Notes

- USB needs a replug to work properly (still charges anyway)

- Battery monitoring can't be added - missing max77705 driver
