With https://patchwork.kernel.org/project/linux-riscv/cover/20230801101030.2040-1-keith.zhao@starfivetech.com/ applied on mainline you can get video output from the HDMI port, however the refreshing speed even on a TTY is really bad unless you run something "intensive" like neofetch
in a continuous loop.
