How to enter flash mode
Power off the device, then press and hold Power + Volume Down together for a few seconds.

What's not working

- IR
- Sharp panel varient, but JDI panel varient works good
- WiFi is unstable and the signal is poor (in some cases)
- Built-in speakers and microphone, only headphone jack works

IR
The IR led can be lighted up with ir-ctl tool. Currently not test with real IR receivers.
Sharp panel varient
It seems that there is no obvious problem. If you own a Mi 5s Plus with a Sharp panel, you can try this version.
