Many feature phones don't have enough RAM to boot Linux, but those that come with Android or KaiOS preinstalled can do that and are a potential porting target for postmarketOS.
Feature Phone is a phrase which refers to devices with numpad that were the traditional type of mobile telephony devices during the period of years 1990 - 2010, and those devices are still common in many parts of the world.
