MSM8992 and MSM8994 are Qualcomm SoCs released in 2015. The Snapdragon 808 is identical to the Snapdragon 810 with only two Cortex-A57 cores instead of four.[1]

There is limited functionality in msm8994.dtsi and msm8992.dtsi, phones varies with using this support. Some of the phones allows to use mainline kernel package linux-postmarketos-qcom-msm8994 in postmarketOS.
